Book a locum.co.uk makes it easy to find a GP locum that is free on the day you want. No more ringing around - sit back and wait for the locums to contact you
The first step is to sign up to the site. It is free to signup and use bookalocum. Your GP practice details will be verified prior to you being able to contact GP locums
Please, when signing up, use your nhs email address as it makes it easier for us to check and approve your details.
Once your login has been approved and you need to find a GP locum, simply complete the message box once logged in and click "send". All the locums in your area will be contacted by email and they will be able to make contact with you directly
2. Advertising for a long term locum, GP partner, maternity locum or salaried position
If you are looking for a more permanent member of staff for your practice then simply login and click on the "Submit a vacancy" button. The vacancy will be added to the homepage, GP vacancies page and will be emailed to all Doctors who would like to receive notifications. The locums can apply for the position with one click and send their CV for your perusal
